It was always my destiny, to be part of a Pipe Band, even at this early age, my unhappy face is because my Mum has just informed me they are Drummers! The year is 1971- maybe the Angus's can inform us which band they belong to.

Ah ! Those far-off days of Mini Minors and Mini Skirts ......
My guess would be that the drummers are from a school band - probably Melbourne Scotch College, or perhaps Sydney Scotch College, but I am unsure. Certainly, the lad on the right needed a wee bit of instruction on how to wear a balmoral !!!
I'll let someone else guess the name of the child in arms, but I can say that the lady's name is Christian........
